For as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose, or as required by law. Executed agreements, transaction and payment records, stamp duty declarations, eSign records, verification records, and audit logs are typically retained for an extended period because they may be needed for evidence, compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Closing your account does not automatically erase every transaction or legal record where retention is permitted or required.

Because links are personal and the platform logs who completed each step, when, and from which device, misuse is traceable and we can investigate.
