General Questions international countries
Yes for creating documents, verifying parties, tracking status, and storing executed files. Two features are India-specific and cannot be used elsewhere: Aadhaar eSign, which requires Aadhaar-based authentication, and government eStamp, which is available only for supported Indian States and agreement types. If your signers are outside India, prepare the document on the platform but confirm which execution method is valid and accepted in the relevant jurisdiction before you rely on it.

General Questions international cross-border
The workflow supports it — each party has an independent link and signs from wherever they are. What you need to check is the signature method. A party who can complete Aadhaar OTP authentication can use Aadhaar eSign; a party who cannot will need an alternative route acceptable to both sides. You should also consider which country's law governs the agreement, where disputes would be heard, and whether either country imposes stamping, notarisation, or registration requirements.

General Questions jurisdiction governing-law
Whatever the agreement itself says. Governing law and jurisdiction are terms of your document, and most templates include a clause you should review and set deliberately — particularly where the parties, the property, or the place of performance are in different states or countries. Separately, our own Terms and Conditions with you are governed by the laws of India. WeSignDeal does not advise on which governing law is right for your transaction.
