No. Only the person creating and managing the agreement needs an account. Every other party works entirely through their secure personal link — verification, review, and signing all happen without registration. They will, however, need a working email address or mobile number to receive the link, and Aadhaar-linked mobile access if they are completing Aadhaar eSign.
