Payments refund payments
It depends on what has already been processed. Once processing has commenced, payments may become non-refundable — and government stamp duty already processed, together with third-party charges such as eSign transactions already incurred, generally cannot be recovered. If you think an amount was charged in error, contact us with the agreement reference before raising a payment dispute so we can review the transaction record.
